By using AppSalesPro you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.
The service
AppSalesPro helps teams manage leads, customers, tasks, visits, orders and payments. Features depend on your company's plan and settings, and may change.
Your account
You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure and do not share codes. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if it is misused.
Acceptable use
- Enter only data you have the right to use, and only for genuine business purposes.
- Do not fake check-ins or locations, enter false orders or payments, or try to access other companies' data.
- Do not attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
Location
Your company may use location features such as visit check-ins and working-hours tracking. Where it does, the app tells you before it starts, and you can refuse permission in your phone's settings, though some features then will not work. See the Privacy Policy.
Your data
The business data you and your company enter remains yours, and company owners can download all of it at any time. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans, trials and payments
New companies get a 30-day free trial with limits on users, leads and customers. After the trial, adding more needs a paid plan, and your existing data stays available. Prices are per company, in Indian rupees, and exclude GST. AppSalesPro records orders and payments your team collects but is not a payment processor and does not move money. Receipts and totals are only as accurate as the information entered.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or where a company's subscription ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
